INTRODUCTION

The property is managed with an agreement for tourism purposes (article 1, paragraph 2, letter c, Law 431/98).
We do not rent rooms or apartments just for hours but we only rent them for weeks and weekends for a minimum of three days.

RENTAL PERIOD AND PAYMENT METHOD

Rent is available for a minimum number of three nights.
If you need to rent the room for just one night, previously agreed, we will add 25 Euros per day to the regular price.
You can check the availability of the room by e-mail and then, to confirm your reservation, we will ask you to pay the 30% of the total cost of your journey by a bank transfer. (We will send you the bank account details in our email confirmation. The customer should pay only once the availability has been confirmed by us) The rest of the amount should be paid in cash directly at the B&B owner on your arrival.
A deposit amount of € 100 could be requested to you for any damage during your stay in the B&B.
We will refund your deposit amount at the departure in case of no damage has occurred to the room or to all the furnitures and if you have already paid eventually the  extras.
The reservation will be confirmed after we have received the receipt (by mail or fax) of your bank transfer.
In case of cancellation: If the cancellation is 30 days left of your arrival date, you will be refunded of the entire amount (except 10 euros we keep as bank transfer fee).
There will be no refund if the cancellation is not 30 days left of the arrival date.
If the customer will not arrive and will not communicate any delays or changes, the B&B owner has the right to cancel the room reservation and to keep the deposit amount without any refund for the customer.
If your reservation will be cancelled we will immediately communicate it to you and, where possible, we will suggest an alternative accommodation for the same period.
We will not have any responsibility for cancellations due for circumstances beyond our control.
We will not take in consideration any refund requests if they will be asked in a period of time after your journey.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE – CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

If possible we prefer to rent week from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is possible the day of arrival from 4pm, and check-out before 11am on the day of departure, to ensure the cleaning of the rooms for the other guests.
Registration with identity card or passport is required for each guests on the arrival.
It is important to communicate in advance the presence of elderly people, people with physical disability, children and pets.
We do not have appropriate facilities (such as wheelchair access) since the house is built on different floors and there is not a lift.

GUEST OBLIGATIONS

In order to keep safe the peace and harmony of the environment, and to keep confortable the guest’s journey, we will ask to our guests to reduce the volume of televisions and of all the other audio systems and to complete silence them during the night from 10:00pm to 8:00am and also in the afternoon from 2:00pm at 4:00pm.
In any case it is not possible to create situation that might disturb the privacy and the confort of other guests.
Guests have to turn off all the lights of the rooms and all the furnitures (air conditioning systems, television, etc. ) when they are not present in the rooms.

LINEN

Towels and linen are always changed every 3 days. For further requests of an extra change will be an additional cost of 5 euros per person.
Towels should not be used as a pillow or outside the rooms, for example in the pool. In any case towels cannot be used outside the apartments.

SWIMMING POOL

Guests has to read and observe the Pool rules (see the Pool conditions in the pool area).
Access to the pool is available from 1st May to 30th September, from 9.00 am to 19.30 pm, except during the maintenance activities.
Access to the pool is possible only for guests, no other people are allowed.
In the pool there is no staff supervision.

EXTERNAL GUESTS

We will ask to our guests to ask to the B&B owner the possibilities to invite friends or relatives for a visit occasionally. Is strictly forbidden to invite external people (not registered people, or people not identified in advance by an identity card) in the structure, expecially during the night.
Access to the apartments and common areas is restricted to our guests. 

REMOTES AND KEYS

The remote for gate and TV and the room keys, if lost or damaged, will be charged.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE B&B

All the descriptions and contents of Casale Rondinella B&B of this site are true and correct.
Casale Rondinella B&B have no responsibility for any changes made without his knowledge, which could create some misunderstanding or problems with guests.
Casale Rondinella B&B declines responsibility to any incidents or problems to the guest by events in any way related to the use of the apartment, including physical or material harms, damage caused by fires, robberies or other types of criminal activities.
Casale Rondinella B&B is covered by insurance for the RCT.

SAFETY

Casale Rondinella B&B exempts any responsibility for personal objects lost in the apartments or in the common areas of the structure.
Guests are kindly advised to not remove or damage any object inside the apartments and in the common areas.
Any damage or abuse will be reported to the public security authorities.

SMALL ANIMALS (PETS)

Small Pets are allowed but Guests have to request in advance to the B&B owner, during the reservation phase, if possible to stay with your small Pet during your journey. 10 euros per day will be added for each pet.
Pets must never be left unattended in the rooms and in the surrounding area.
It is absolutely forbidden to let them stay on beds, sofas and armchairs.
Guests must provide to clean and to pick up the dejections and to bring with them all the animal’s stuff such as (bowls, rugs, mats, brushes).

JURISDICTION

In case of disputes regarding reservations, only Italian law is applicable and the competent court of Paola (CS).
The reservation of the booking implies the knowledge of the above contiditions and the general rental conditions of Italian country.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In compliance to the Law 675/96 related to personal data protection and privacy, we can confirm that your data will be processed in accordance with these rules of confidentiality and security required by law.
